Selectica appoints MD for Indian Operations

SAN JOSE: Selectica, Inc., a leading provider of configuration, pricing, and quoting solutions for streamlining customers' quote to cash process has announced that it has appointed Jitendra Jain to head Selectica's Indian operations. Jain replaces Dr. S.S. Sundararajan, who has left the Company to pursue other opportunities. Jain brings more than 15 years of software development and IT management experience to the position. He was previously a vice president with GTIC (India) Private Ltd., a software development firm, where his responsibilities included product delivery, customer management, quality and technical support. Jain earned a degree in computer science and technology from the India Institute of Technology - Roorkee. Stephen Bennion, Executive Vice President and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Selectica said, "We want to thank Dr. Sundararajan for his many contributions to Selectica and wish him well in his new endeavors.
