Bangalore: Samsung has announced World's largest smart TV. The Samsung D9500 is a 75-inch, LED-backlit 3D LCD TV. The product will go on pre sale later this month. Though there is no confirmation about the price, a rumor says it will be available at
5,85,000. The company have not revealed anything about launching the product in the Indian market.
Well, we can call it as a smart TV as it allows the users to browse internet, use social networking sites and also users can access Samsung Apps. Samsung adds the 'Kwotihyeong smart remote' with the smart TV which contains a QWERTY based flip remote. The TV will include four pairs of active shutter glasses.
Samsung had already launched a 65 inch 3D TV, which costs
2,70,000. So now adding another 10 inch more to the size of the previous one, it has only resulted in an increase of its costs. With the huge size, this kind of TV would be more useful in places with bigger space, like offices or big restaurants and hotels. We have to wait and watch how the consumers will accept it.
