Salesforce Forays into Human Capital Management

Bangalore: Cloud computing giant salesforce.com declared the acquisition of ‘RYPPLE’ the website which is designed for Social Performance Management. A software that helps build a good rapport between the heads of the organization and their sub ordinates. Rypple’s first initiative was in creating applications and  softwares based on performance management which helps  to perform faster and to give a progressive result. It uses results which is based on real time and this new approach of RYPPLE helps the employee to stay focused on what they do.

RYPPLE brought in a new strategy of connecting people in their work place. Now its performance is going to be enhanced by Salesforce which is best for its Customer Relationship Service(CRS) and Social Enterprising. Salesforce has recently started its web application which is called as Customer Relationship Management which behaves as a important tool for customer service. SALESFORCE is very much specialized in Softwares which Provides Services(SAAS).

Earlier Salesforce was in to Performance Management and now it is all set to prove its caliber in  the field of  Human Capital Management(HCM) by extending its hands with RYPPLE which is going to be re launched as “SUCESSFORCE” .This new venture helps in transforming the work nature .This initiative will help the employees to keep in track with the Latest updates and provide suitable service for the customer according to latest  trends. SALESFORCE which has more than 100,000 customers around the world whose Annual turnover is said to be US$1.657 billion  and “SUCCESSFORCE” is to be launched by the end of  APRIL-2012.
