Saba starts second operation in India

PUNE: Saba has launched its second facility in India in the upcoming software hub of Pune. Saba, provides integrated human capital management (HCM) solutions, will employ about 60 professionals. Speaking after inaugurating the Pune center, Bobby Yazdani, chairman and CEO of Saba Software said, ‘I am delighted we are expanding into our second facility in India. We have had enormous success with building leading edge technology products. We see India as a strategic base for expanding our technical capabilities.' Their first development center was set up in Mumbai in 1999. According to a press release issued by the company, Saba supports top 2000 companies and organizations utilize the potential of their people by providing a fully integrated human capital management system. The system has learning, performance, talent, analytics and content management capabilities and utilizes innovative accountability-based methodology and set of professional services to help organizations achieve best performance for both individuals and the organization. Saba aims to align, develop and manage an organization's core people processes. Saba will soon release its next generation suite of human capital management products.
