Red Hat Linux Cluster Lab set up at IIT Delhi

MUMBAI: Red Hat, a provider of open source technologies, on Monday announced that it has signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with IIT Delhi. As per the agreement, Red Hat will assist the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, IIT Delhi to implement and maintain Linux based solutions. It will also work closely with IIT Delhi to joint research & development areas.
Red Hat will also make its latest products and upgradations available in the lab and impart training to IIT students and staff to popularize the Linux platform.
The laboratory has been named as "Linux Cluster Lab. in Collaboration with Red Hat India
