Ravishankar new COO of Synaptris

CHENNAI: The Cybernet Software Systems (CSS) group has appointed P Ravishankar as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of its software products firm Synaptris Decisions.
"Synaptris has achieved critical mass as a software company. With Ravishankar at the helm, we have a trusted leader with proven process management skills, which are the key to delivering on our growth plans," a press release by the company said here.
Ravishankar has been with CSS Group for over five years.
Synaptris currently has a portfolio of three products in the reporting and business intelligence space, a global base of over 1800 customers and close to 200,000 licensed users spread over 40 countries, it said.
