Ranbaxy to sell allied biz portfolio

MUMBAI: Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd said on Friday it will divest or sell off its allied businesses portfolio.
The shareholders of the company have approved the resolution and authorised the board to sell off its wholly owned subsidiary-Ranbaxy Fine Chemicals Ltd and the Animal Health Care and Diagnostic businesses, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
