Rajesh Hukku to quit Oracle Financial Services
Bangalore: Rajesh Hukku is set to quit Oracle Financial Services Software, which develops and markets enterprise software products, the company was formerly known as i-flex Solutions. He was the CEO of i-flex and later became its Chairman and Managing Director. Along with Deepak Ghaisas and R Ravisankar, Hukku built i-flex, which was taken over by Oracle in a landmark deal in 2005. "He was expected to quit much earlier but stayed on owing to some commitments," said a source familiar with the development. Also, two sources from the company told The Economic Times that Hukku would be joining hands with Ghaisas who started his own firm, Gencoval. It is a biotech firm focused on developing curative technologies. As informed by the sources, Hukku was not playing an active role in the company, rather helping more with transitioning to the new management. They also pointed out that Hukku recently stepped down as Chairman of the company, the position which he had held since 2000.
