Quintegra buys Calif-based Savvy Systems

CHENNAI: Quintegra Solutions, formerly Sofia Software, has acquired the Siebel practice division of Savvy Systems Consultants, California . The acquisition value of the business is $702,500. “We have been developing a focus in CRM implementation and support space using an onsite-offshore model. With this acquisition, we will own a good number of highly qualified CRM specialists and it clearly increases our prospects in the rapidly growing CRM space,” said Mr Babu Thiagarajan, CEO, Quintegra.
