Polaris acquires IndigoTX
Chennai: Polaris, a financial technology company has acquired Indigo TX, a SaaS (Software as a Service) company. Indigo TX provides GO TX, an enterprise brokerage solution for the securities market on a pay per use model. Arun Jain, Founder, Chairman and CEO, Polaris Software "GO TX leverages modern technology of SaaS to offer trade based pricing. In effect, brokerage houses can move away from technology related concerns completely." GO TX is a software and back-office services company which focus on financial services. The company provides access to all its solutions and technology to a GO TX customer. It is a single platform that provides trading in multiple instruments like equities, derivatives, mutual funds, commodities and currencies. The GO TX layered architecture also allows internet access, desktops and other user access devices into a single platform, added the company statement.
