PSI Data Systems is now Minacs IT Services

Bangalore: PSI Data Systems, the IT arm of Aditya Birla Group, has been renamed as Aditya Birla Minacs IT Services. The company has renamed the company to strengthen the operational integration with Aditya Birla Minacs, the Group's BPO business. The two companies are operating as a seamless ITO-BPO organization and the new name leverages the strengths of the Aditya Birla Minacs brand. The new brand will adopt the Aditya Birla Minacs brand identity and logo. Speaking on the re-branding initiative, Deepak Patel, Chief Executive Officer, Aditya Birla Minacs said, "With this integration, we now offer a complete portfolio of ITO and BPO services. We are enhancing our go-to-market footprint to support our clients' needs with the required scale and depth of opportunities. Together, our value proposition is thus more compelling enabling us to compete more aggressively." Minacs IT Services will now provide its services across Minacs' verticals of BFSI (banking, financial services and insurance), TIME (telecom, infrastructure, media, and entertainment) and manufacturing sector. Harish Bhat, President - IT Services said, "With our integrated strategy under the Aditya Birla Minacs brand, we will compete directly for IT contracts as well as in multi-scope opportunities that support our BPO value proposition - using technology as a platform.
