2:The world is definitely not about reinventing the wheel... Even if u r being a follower to market trends, its close to impossible that u become a market leader.

Hats Off to his strategies and vision, which made him leaving all the milestones behind and redefine the rules of the game.

Tell me one visionary, who can beat him in this corporate world. Nevertheless, its a known fact, if the chairperson is earning so much, imagine the kind of benefits getting passed on to the Oracalites....

Being an oracleite people might criticise him, but he has made a tremendous mark in this IT industry... think this way, given a chance to be in his shoes, could u have done the same ever? if ur answer is No, then that itself proves his worth...

Cheers..

7: Remuneration packages of board members had been highlighted as one of the causes for boards or audit committees failing to perform their CG functions properly leading to collapse of many reputed firms and global economic crisis recently. But Oracle chief is getting this high pay for performing well. This is clearly execeptional from the usual trend. Full marks to Larry and his excellent team. I hope the employees of the firm also got similar hikes, as it is their teamwork which made his achievment possible.
