Norwegian mass killer praises Hindutva ideology
Bangalore: Anders Behring Breivik, a 32-year-old Norwagian, asserted that India's Hindu nationalist movement influenced him in a major way to bring down the democratic reign across the world. In his manifesto "A European declaration of independence," he outlined the future organization, the "Justiciar Knight", that will conduct a movement of global war involving mass destruction. He aims to bring down the "cultural Marxist" order. In a 1,518-page manifesto, India is featured in 102 pages. Breivik, in his manifesto, states that his organization, Justiciar Knights, supports the Sanatana Dharma movements and Indian nationalists in general. In 3.158 section of the manifesto, he explains that Hindu nationalists "are suffering from the same persecution by the Indian cultural Marxists as their European cousins." He carries on saying, "the United Progressive Alliance government relies on appeasing Muslims and, very sadly, proselytizing Christian missionaries who illegally convert low caste Hindus with lies and fear, alongside Communists who want total destruction of the Hindu faith and culture." Breivik applauds the Hindu groups who do not tolerate the current injustice and often riot and attack Muslims when things get out of control. But he says, "this behavior is nonetheless counterproductive." He feels that it is important that the European and Indian resistance movements learn from each other. He concludes, "Our goals are more or less identical." Breivik lists the websites of the Bharatiya Janata Party, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, the National Volunteers' Organisation, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad as resources for further information. He pledges for military assistance to the Indian civil war to displace all the Muslims of India. He feels, India is one of several countries, including Russia, the Philippines, China and Thailand, where he hopes his followers to continue his fray.
