New York: Nokia has slapped another complaint against rival Apple alleging patent infringements in mobile phones, portable music players, tablets and computers. The move comes from the Finnish mobile phone maker days after the US International Trade Commission (ITC) made the initial determination that Apple did not violate some other patents held by Nokia. In a statement today, Nokia said seven patents in the new complaint related to its "pioneering innovations" that are now being used by Apple to create key features in its products. Apple is using these technologies in areas of multi tasking operating systems, data synchronisation, positioning, call quality and use of bluetooth accessories, it noted. "Our latest ITC filing means we now have 46 Nokia patents in suit against Apple, many filed more than 10 years before Apple made its first iPhone," Nokia's Vice President (Intellectual Property) Paul Melin said.
