Mphasis to list on a US stock exchange

MUMBAI: Indian software firm Mphasis BFL Ltd plans to list on a US stock exchange by issuing American Depositary Receipts, it told the Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday.
The company will also acquire the 25.26 per cent minority stake in its business process outsourcing (BPO) subsidiary MSourcE Corporation and convert employee stock options of about 5.6 per cent, through a mix of cash and shares.
