MphasiS opts for Kenexa to support high growth expansion

Bangalore: MphasiS India announced that it has ascertained on Kenexa to be its survey provider to drive leadership effectiveness through 360 surveys. Kenexa is to carry out surveys designed to meet MphasiS' corporate structure, culture and business objectives, along with a full array of analytical reports and training materials that will support the behavioural change of the leaders to effectively manage and lead the organisation.
Based in Bangalore, MphasiS has presence across India, Singapore, China, Japan, Europe, North America and Australia, and has recently announced plans for a delivery centre in Sri Lanka.
