Motorola CIO wins corporate leadership award

Sam Thakorbhai Desai, chief information officer of communications giant Motorola has been selected as this year's recipient of the prestigious siliconindia Corporate Leadership Award. The award will be presented at a dinner banquet on the 16th of November.

Sam holds a B.S. in physics and electrical engineering from two universities in India, a master of science in electrical engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a master of business administration from Loyola University in Chicago.
