About the Principal:
Dr.G.B Jaiprakash Narain started his career as Junior Engineer (Designs) in Tamil Nadu water supply and Drainage Board and joined teaching Profession as Lecturer in Civil Engineering, in the Department of Technical Education, Government of Tamil nadu in 1972 and rose to the position of Director and Professor, Centre for Environment Studies, College of Engineering, Anna University. From 2001-2006 he served as Director, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research MHRD, Government of India (S.R) Chennai.

Chairman s Message:
It a quite laudable to note that the college has completed 11 successful years in imparting high quality engineering education and providing excellent academic development, which is an important milestone in the annals of the history of this college. I have no doubt that the college will reach greater heights as years more on.

Placement -
The Department has all the facilities required for conducting campus interviews. A large auditorium and an air-conditioned hall, Public address system, Computer system, Multimedia projector, High speed internet connection for faster communication are all available. Many reputed companies visit the college to conduct campus interviews. Our students also take part in Tamilnadu State Level Placement Program, Combined campus interviews, Job fairs etc. Students are also educated about the opportunities available in Public sector companies.

Students were given practical training in Communication skills like
Presentation Skills, G D Tehniques, Soft skills and Interview Skills.
