"Now we are getting chance to build a similar infrastructure in our country. Here, MindTree plans to rope in educational institutions which will be outcome-based approach - traditional means of education with professional approach," said Mr Bagchi. Explaining how MindTree plans to engage with educational institutions, Bagchi said, "It is a long term process, where both the company and educational institutions sit together and develop course materials or train students depending on the requirement of the sector." "At present, the requirements are driven by selfish manner. We do not want to follow this, but we want to follow a 'give and take' ideology and make a difference by guiding both the students and the educational institutions," he added.
