Mindteck posts profits

BANGALORE: Mindteck (India) Ltd., today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2006. Total revenue for the quarter on a consolidated basis was 
27.48 crore as against 8.34 crore for the corresponding period of the previous year.
The net profit for the quarter was 2. 92 crore compared to 39.9 lakhs recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year. EPS for the quarter registered a growth of 412% rising from 0.41 per share to 2.10 per share.
The consolidated results for the first quarter incorporate the results of ISS Consultants Inc., the company acquired by Mindteck USA Inc.
