Marlabs to expand in India

HYDERABAD: IT services provider Marlabs Inc, a US based company, which has a development cum support center in India has drawn up its India expansion plans. The company will induct about 400 people in its legal process outsourcing (LPO). Marlabs, which employs over 840 people globally, and over 240 million in India had forayed into LPO and planned to grow it to over 500 people offering legal services to US enterprises. This announcement comes close on the heels of Marlabs’ establishment of an LPO center in Bangalore dedicated to providing services of litigation support, document and claims management to US customers. It said that most of the advanced document and transcription services that can be handled away from the court room, litigation support covering legal research, preparation of pleadings and related services are set to witness major growth.
