Mahindra acquires 88.4% in Plexion Tech

MUMBAI: India's top utility vehicles maker, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd today said it had acquired 88.41 percent of Plexion Technologies (India) Ltd., an engineering services firm. Plexion, a group company of J.P. Morgan, focuses on aerospace and automotive engineering, Mahindra said in a statement.
