Mahindra Satyam bags SAP ERP contract from IRDA

Mumbai: Mahindra Group's IT-arm, Mahindra Satyam , has bagged a contract from insurance sector regulator, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) for implementing SAP ERP package. The contract would include human resource management, pay-roll, self-service portals, accounting modules, connected hardware and software, a press release said here. Besides, the company would also provide post- implementation support to IRDA. The implementation of a SAP ERP package would help IRDA standardise and automate business processes across its units, thereby enabling faster decision-making, providing enhanced financial reporting, the release said.
