Mahindra Satyam BPO, GlaxoSmithKline sign 5 year deal
New Delhi: Mahindra Satyam BPO has renewed its existing contract with Pharma and healthcare major GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) for five years to provide high end artwork and design services. The Regional Services Centre of the company will provide creative logo, production promotional graphic artwork services to a global customer base of GSK. "This contract renewal is a reaffirmation of the faith placed by GSK in Mahindra Satyam BPO," said Vijay Rangineni, CEO, Mahindra Satyam BPO. "Our focus on high-end services and our ability to leverage knowledge of the customer's business have enabled us to offer services that are at the core of the customer organisation," added Rangineni. The main reason given for the contract renewal is the organisation's integrated partnership approach, continued focus on productivity, quality performance and the rapid ability to scale up production. Mahindra Satyam BPO serves over 100 countries and manages Design and Artwork Shared Services, Supply Chain Management and Logistics Support.
