5:Syntel's poor management and its poor top management's inefficiency made to lay off many sincere employees. How come they share their bad and unrealistic experiences. They say that come grow with us but it is not grow, it is lay-off.
it is not 1-5-10 it is 0-0-0.

8:I am also 20008 .march 2010 comes but still syntel don't gives joining to us.I think the poor HR management want to shows that syntel is blacklisted company and blood cheated and piece of shit.
