5:Syntel's poor management and its poor top
management's inefficiency made to lay off
many sincere employees. How come they share
their bad and unrealistic experiences. They
say that come grow with us but it is not
grow, it is lay-off.
it is not 1-5-10 it is 0-0-0.
it is not 1-5-10 it is 0-0-0.
