Kishore Biyani's Future Ventures files for IPO

Bangalore: Kishore Biyani's Future Ventures India (FVIL) has filed has filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The issue will see a sale of 3,736,156,300 equity shares of 10 each through a 100 percent book built issue, reported VC Circle. Incorporated in 1996, FVIL is promoted by Pantaloon Retail (India), the flagship company of the Future Group, Future Capital Holdings Ltd, Future Capital Investment, Pantaloon Future Ventures, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of PRIL, and Kishore Biyani. According to the company, it seeks to create, build, acquire, invest in and operates business ventures in India?s rapidly growing consumption-led sectors.
