Presented via an in-store kiosk and Web-based solution, which are linked on the back end, Kenexa StoreFront streamlines recruitment by presenting only qualified candidates to retail hiring managers, giving them more time to focus on customer service and store operations. Kenexa StoreFront provides the necessary staffing functionality and workflow, including enabling hiring managers to manage and post jobs, schedule interviews, download a new hire packet and also offers interview suggestions and questions. It presents a vehicle for managers to electronically hire and reject candidates and offers extensive recruiting and hiring reporting. And because Kenexa StoreFront has an easy-to- use interface and intuitive technology that is configurable to an organization's hiring model, candidates are processed quickly and easily, reducing the cost and time per hire. “Hiring managers at retail stores are continuously in search of new talent, often due to high turnover or seasonal staffing needs,” said Kenexa’s CEO Rudy Karsan. “As a result, these managers are faced with bringing on new talent in a short amount of time, a task which traditionally proved challenging and required that they sift through a pile of applications. Now, with Kenexa StoreFront, candidates can be screened, interviewed and hired in 20 minutes.” Candidates applying via the Kenexa StoreFront kiosk are pre-screened, and once qualified, are instructed to immediately meet with the hiring manager for an in-person interview. This approach provides an opportunity for viable talent to be considered instantly. Applicants applying online remotely are also pre-screened and after they meet the initial criteria are able to schedule their own in-person interview online.
