Jones Lang LaSalle upgrades leadership team

NEW DELHI: Real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle today announced strategic India management initiatives aimed at strengthening its India operations. A press release from the company said that the initiatives specifically relate to establishing new leadership in the following areas: Facility Management, Transaction Services and Project & Development Services. Mr. Vincent Lottefier, India Head, Jones Lang LaSalle said in the press release, "India with its burgeoning economy, rapid growth of the IT/ITES sector and the emergence of Tier II & Tier III cities is a strategic and emerging market for Jones Lang LaSalle". Chris Hunt has been appointed as Regional Director and Head of West Asia for Integrated Facilities Management and Property Management Services. The firm’s Integrated Facilities Management platform is a critical contributor to its overall growth in the Asia Pacific region. Sahel Pramendra has been appointed head of the Transaction Services business, the announcement said. Pramendra’s responsibilities will include representation of client interests in the delivery of strategic transactions services. Brendan Weier, head of Project & Development Services will facilitate the firm's expansion in India. Brendan's primary role will be to bring in global practices in project delivery, provide consistency in relation to time, cost and quality metrics as well as supporting various local and regional project teams.
