Intransa to double investment, manpower

CHENNAI: San Jose based Intransa Inc., a provider of storage solutions, will double its investments in India to about $ 8 million, a senior company official said.
Country manager of Intransa Inc. B. Chandrashekhar said the company would also double its manpower at its Pune based research and development center.
Udi Paret, Vice President of Intransas Global operations said India is the nerve center for Intransas global operations. The Pune center does software development and provides technical support, he said adding the hike in staff is for both operations and sales and marketing.
