Integral raises $11 Million investment led by Adam Street Partners

California: Foreign exchange firm Integral Development Corporation (www.integral.com) has raised $11 million investment led by the Adam Street Partners, one of the largest managers of private equity fund globally. Integral Development Corporation is one of the platforms for the electronic foreign exchange platforms (eFX), and its products serves as software-as-a-service (SaaS), helping the FX trading providers enter new markets quickly without having any IT infrastructure. Harpal Sandhu, CEO, Integral Development Corporation said, "In these volatile markets, Integral's unique transparency based platform which allows our partners to build lasting, stable relationships with their customers and counterparts has led to volume growth. Having now achieved profitability and delivered production solutions to the interbank, institutional broker and margin trading segments of the FX market, we decided to expand our sales and support organizations to meet the overwhelming global response from the market."
