IndusInd Bank partners with Finacle of Infosys for its core banking transformation

Bangalore: IndusInd bank announced that it has selected Infosys technology's Finacle for their core banking transformation to power the bank's exponential growth agenda. The bank said that it would be using the 'Software Version 10.' As a result, Finacle will provide a future- proof technology platform for processing capabilities and for support of multi channel and multi currency transactions 24x7. It will also power the bank's ambitious growth plans. In recent times, the bank has also acquired Deutsche Bank's credit card business. IndusInd Bank has already successfully implemented Finacle e-banking solution to facilitate the delivery of banking services online and enhance customer experience. Built on new generation technology, Finacle will enable IndusInd Bank to accelerate innovation and stay ahead of emerging customer demands. The bank can personalize offerings, bundle products and enrich their segment-specific product portfolio, leveraging Finacle. Romesh Sobti, MD and CEO, of IndusInd Bank, said "using technology to find service and engage customers is a fundamental premise of our business model. We are confident that Finacle will help significantly scale up our customer base and branch footprint besides improving productivity." At the end of the day the stock was 275.75, up by 0.95 or 0.35 percent. The stock hit an intraday high of 279.45 and low of 274.70. The total traded quantity was 0.69 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.98 lakhs.
