Inductis to double India headcount

NEW JERSEY: Inductis, a management consulting and analytical services organization, has plans to increase its employee base in India by 150 percent by the end of this year. “Recruitment at Inductis forms a core activity of the organization and is a well defined process,” said Amanjeet Saluja, lead project manager for analytics services at Inductis that has offices in New York and Gurgaon near New Delhi. He said, “At present, campus as well as off-campus hiring has been intensified through various channels. The subsequent effort by the human resource department is to assimilate the selected candidates quickly and make them feel comfortable." The New Jersey-based, Inductis hires from reputed bodies like the Indian Institutes of Management, Indian Institutes of Technology, the Indian School of Business and the Delhi School of Economics, besides off-campus channels, referrals and alumni sourcing. "We definitely want to be the employer of choice, aligning the personal and professional goals of the employees we hire," said Lalit Wangikar, the Vice-President for Indian operations at Inductis. Started with a group of 10 people in June 2000, Inductis has a workforce of more than 180 professionals across its three offices, with over 100 employees alone at its Gurgaon office on the outskirts of New Delhi. The company helps large corporations to leverage the information age to make better decisions through deep analytics, besides identifying high-impact problems and opportunities to generate quick results of immediate and lasting value.
