NEW DELHI: Notwithstanding the always on –always off relationship with Pakistan, the Delhi based Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Ltd will set up a call center in Pakistani commercial capital Karachi. The company has entered into a pact with Karachi based Millennium Software to set up the call center for its international and domestic needs. The decision was taken last year when an Indian delegation led by software body National Association of Software and Services Companies (Nasscom) visited Pakistan to participate in a seminar organized by Pakistan Association of Software Houses (PASHA). Spanco will provide Millennium Software with complete details on starting and running call center. It will also advise MSL on operations, HR practices, and training of call center agents.
