ATV is not an obsolete submarine. It is an advanced submarine powered by nuclear reactor, armed with latest Sagarika Missile, sensors with unlimited range of attack. As we did not sign NPT, there is a ban in transfer of sensitive technologies such as Nuclear, Missile. Even simulators used to evaluate test were forbidden. Still we have acheived using the knowledge acquired. All the praises to the scientists.

I used to dream about India getting our very own nuke sub. And now we have arrived. I just hope they do not stop here and build many more of these to make the waters safe too.
