New Delhi: India and Singapore Thursday agreed to share expertise in the management of airports and other civil aviation projects. An agreement to this effect was signed here between the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). Under the agreement, CAAS and AAI will share their expertise and experience in airport operations. The agreement will open avenues for mutual exchange for training, research and development programmes. CAAS director-general Lim Kim Choon said: "We see tremendous growth in the Indian aviation industry. With increasing air links between two countries, this agreement will enable us to actively share our expertise."
