Idea Cellular clocks net profit of

Mumbai: India's leading GSM mobile operator Idea Cellular has posted a net profit of 
10.42 billion ($260.5 million) for 2007-08 as compared to 5 billion of the previous fiscal.
Total revenue has increased from 43.87 billion of 2006-08 to 67.37 billion for the last fiscal, the company announced Thursday in a statement.
The group has posted a net profit of 2.7 billon for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as compared to 1.9 billion of the same period of 2006-07.
The total revenue has increased to 19.85 billion for the quarter from 13.19 billion of the last quarter of the previous fiscal.
