IFC plans investment in KPIT InfoSystems

PUNE: KPIT InfoSystems Ltd has said that International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group is in discussions with the company for its proposed investment in the company by way of long-term debt and equity for its expansion of operations.
Negotiations with IFC are underway on the terms and conditions of the proposed investment by IFC in the form of Debt & Equity.
Post negotiations, IFC may contemplate equity investment in the company at a mutually agreed time frame in compliance with the SEBI guidelines, including pricing guidelines, for the preferential issue of equity shares of the company.
