TK Kurien is the make who heads Wipro as the CEO. He has become the highest paid executive, excluding stock options, in the Indian IT industry. Kurien has been appointed as CEO of Wipro's IT business for five years with a salary in the range of Rs 3 crore to Rs 10 crore per annum. The salary will include periodic increments and variable pay. He will also get other allowances, including employee stock options and other stock-based compensation. He also got a bonus of Rs 3.67 crore in 2010.
