Helios acquires vMoksha`s units

CHENNAI: Mid sized software services firm Helios & Matheson Information Technology Ltd. has acquired three vMoksha firms for $19 million, the company today announced.
Chennai based Helios & Matheson said the acquisition of vMoksha, a software firm with offices around the world and 510 employees, would be completed in May.
The deal includes U.S. based vMoksha Technologies Inc., Singapore-based vMoksha Technologies Pte. Ltd. and Bangalore-based vMoksha Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
"The company has deep client relationships with European majors. Europe is a very important market for us," said G.K. Muralikrishna, managing director, of Helios.
