Haryana to set up hi-tech centre

CHANDIGARH: Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation (Harton) will set up a "hi-tech habitat centre and intelligent building" for computer software export units at Electronics City of Gurgaon.
The centre, to be set up over an area of six acres, will have world class facilities like ready-to-move built-up space, business centre and conference room, high-speed data communication, video and teleconference, e-mail and other state-of-the-art communication services, an official spokesman said here today.
The complex was expected to "crystallise" large investments in computer software industry and to spawn a number of medium and large software companies.
