Bhubaneswar: HCL Infosystems, a leading information enabling company, Wednesday said it was setting up 100 career development centres across the country in the next 12-15 months. The company already has fully operational centres in about 20 cities across the country and wants to set up similar operations overseas as well in the near future, HCL executive vice president Rajndra Kumar told reporters here. The centres are being set up under the company's recent initiative to turn out highly skilled IT professionals to meet the severe shortage of such people, he said. The company Wednesday also opened its first centre in the Orissa capital.
