HCL Technologies' Q4 results up 11.4 percent

Bangalore: HCL Technologies has announced its fourth quarter results and after that, its shares climbed in the market beating the expectations of analysts. The company's fourth-quarter revenue were up 11.4 percent at 
34.25 billion while net income fell by 0.6 percent quarter-on-quarter to 3.42 billion. HCL technologies had a net profit of 23 percent for the April-June quarter at 2.38 billion. Its EBIT was up 5.5% percent sequentially at 5.25 billion.
For the year ended June 30, 2010, the company has recorded a two percent rise in net profit at 13.03 billion. Revenue increased 18.6 percent to 125.65 billion and EBIT for the year is up 11.6 percent at 20.72 billion.
