HCL Infosystems ties up with PortWise

NEW DELHI: HCL Infosystems has entered into a strategic OEM alliance with European major PortWise under which the former will incorporate PortWise's software suite.
"HCL Infosystems has partnered with PortWise to launch HCL SecuAccess to provide secure remote access to partners, employees and suppliers over the network", an HCL Info release said.
HCL is launching HCL InfoSecu Access for multi-factor authentication and secure access to an enterprise's business applications.
The PortWise product suite provides companies with secure remote access to corporate applications using the Internet and the latest security standards. This type of access improves enterprise efficiency and productivity without limitations and expense associated with other access technologies, it said.
"India remains a vast market for IT hardware and services. Our strategic partnership moves up one step closer to making our technology available to corporate enterprises on a global basis", said co-founder and VP, PortWise, Kaushik Thakkar, said.
