(Nasdaq: VLCT), a leading provider of software products that securely connect companies with their business partners and customers over the Internet, announced that its common stock will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market after being granted an extension from the $1.00 per share minimum bid price requirement.
The Nasdaq Market has granted the Company an additional 180-day grace period, through June 6, 2003, to regain compliance with its listing requirement to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share. The Company's common stock currently trades under the symbol "VLCT" on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market.
