Genius appoints RT Outsourcing as Service Partner

New Delhi: Taiwan based Genius, an IT and Consumer Electronics manufacturer, settled down the issue of service support by announcing the appointment of RT Outsourcing as its service partner for India, effective from August 1 2007.
RT now on board will complement the distributors' work for the penetration of Genius products in the country.
For time being RT will provide services to Genius in five locations including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Bangalore and new service locations will be added gradually.
Sandeep Ramani, Country Manager, KYE Systems, India. said, "With RT Outsourcing on board, we can provide support to the customers in a better manner. RT's presence will help us in enhancing the customers' experience of using Genius products."
