Foreigners can buy 74% of SSI

MUMBAI: Foreign investors may buy up to 74 per cent of Indian software services firm SSI as the company's board and shareholders have approved the new limit, the Reserve Bank of India said on Wednesday.
The foreign investor holding limit was 49 per cent earlier.
