Epson launches its new set of multimedia projectors in India

Bangalore: Epson, a global provider of digital imaging, printing solutions and projector maker, has launched the Epson EB-1750, EB-1760W, EB-1770W and EB-1775W, which the company claims to be the smallest and lightest projectors in the company's history. The price range starts from 62,600 up to 88,600. The new series of projectors are designed for mobile professionals. They weigh about 1.7 kg and feature a slim chassis with a height of 44mm. They feature Epson's 3LCD technology that gives them brightness up to 3,000 lumens and a Colour Light Output (CLO). The other specific features for the mobile presentations include wireless connectivity, quick startup and instant shut down, automatic keystone correction, and one button screen fit. "With these new mobile projectors and their quick setup features, Epson has made it as easy as possible for mobile professionals to concentrate on their presentations instead of worrying about projector setup," said Samba Moorthy, Senior General Manager, Sales & Marketing, Epson India. The multi-featured projector has many other specifics such as 3LCD technology, high-speed wireless LAN connectivity, short throw, widescreen projections, USB direct display, HDMI connectivity, front facing exhaust, quick startup and instant off, mute slide lens shutter, integrated speaker, auto keystone correction, one button screen fit. The new series of projectors also showcase an eco nature. It has long lasting lamps engineered to save users cost, only 0.44W of power consumption in standby mode, unpainted plastic housing to reduce environmental impact, and the flame retardants used in plastic housing contain no chlorine or bromine-containing halogen.
