Bangalore: Working for someone is a big deal in life as you are loaded with a great self-image. If you find your boss is not as you expected, again the situation goes worst. Nobody likes to be ruled, though all are ruled by someone. Many find it difficult to cope with other’s idea unless they realize that ‘their idea works well’. Rather than ‘commanding’, very few people ‘listen’ to others and, they succeed not only in their career but also in life. You may note down a big chart on what your manager is worst. He might shout at you in public, or he might grab your work credits or he put you in high pressure with fully-loaded work schedule... the list may not end, when you start count. Have you ever thought of what you learnt out of this? There are reasons why you should love working with a bad manager.

Learn Patience:

You probably learnt to be calm on the unbearable situations when your boss criticized you at workplace. Isn’t it a bad deal? With time over time, you have come to know what you can change and what is not under your control, don’t you think it brought you more productivity and you have self-control over any situations? Now, you know cutting your nose to spite on your face will not change situations. Possibly, you have learnt to tackle the situation and you knew what to do and when to do. Do you think you could learn it without your so-called, ‘bad-manager’?
