New Delhi: The Department of Telecom (DoT) Wednesday said it has received responses from all the operators who were issued show cause notice for ineligibility criteria while those served notice for not meeting roll-out obligations are yet to furnish replies. "The replies to all the earlier show cause notices for the cancellation on account of eligibility have been received. While for failure of the roll-out, they have 60 days to reply," said R. Chandrasekhar, telecom secretary, on the sidelines of an event here. "They are currently under examination and we hope in the next couple of weeks we will form our final decision," he added. Last year, the department of telecom had issued 119 show cause notices to different telecom companies for not meeting out roll-out obligations and ineligibility of licences.
