Katrina Kaif Katrina Kaif was known for her thrive on broccolis during the shooting schedules of the movie Tees Maar Khan, the folic acid in broccoli helps women to sustain normal tissue growth. While keeping a healthy diet, Katrina never yielded to the size 0 mentality. Some of Katrina's favorite foods are Pakodas and pizzas. She also prefers to munch on the fish. Shilpa Shetty Shilpa Shetty is one such Bollywood celebs who always seem to look radiant and healthy. By maintaining a calorie intake of 2,000 per day she eats non-vegetarian food every day except Thursday. Her Breakfast includes normal tea, protein shake, two dates and eight black raisins. And her lunch compromises one Roti (bread) made of five different kinds of grain along with butter, vegetables done in refined oil, chicken and Dal. Her dinner includes lettuce salad with pomegranate or apple. Neil Nitin Mukesh His calorie intake is about 2,500 a day. He burn out approximately 1,000 to 1,100 per day. He eats steamed fish for both lunch and dinner. Along with 140 grams of proteins diet he avoids carbohydrates and fatty food. He loves eating strawberries, mangos and kiwi's. Suniel Shetty He takes about 1,500-2,000 calories per day. 'Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper' goes well with him. He doesn't like avoiding food and he monitors his crabs and calories. His breakfast includes brown bread and egg white along with his Moms food. His lunch goes with brown rice and vegetables. Chef Solomon (the head chef of the Taj group) is his favorite cook. Aishwarya Rai We've all known and loved Ash for years and she's always looked incredible. John Abraham The main attraction of John Abraham's diet lies in his breakfast because he believes in eating 'king's size' breakfast. His breakfast includes a big glass of fresh juice, six egg whites, slices of buttered toast, and ten almonds. John admits that he is a big fan of snacking but he ensures that those snacks are simple and healthy. When it comes to lunch he eats like a commoner. Instead of having expensive lunch he chooses a simple Indian staple of chapatti (bread prepared from wheat flour), lentil soup or Dal and boiled spinach. Ranbeer Kapoor Ranbir clearly admits that he is a juice addict and loves to have either orange or Mosambi juice in every morning. His breakfast usually compromises egg whites and a glass of vegetable juice. The vegetable juice changes from day to day; it could be tomato, Karela, or all the bad-tasting vegetables. At home he eats normal Indian house food for lunch. He prefers Roti or Paratha instead of rice. He eats as much as home food he can and even carries his own lunch to shoots. Kareena Kapoor Just two years ago, Kareena glowed with health, showing off a fit, if overdeveloped, figure that many admired. She credits her fragile body to a balanced diet and a strict yoga regime as well. Her diet chart begins with morning tea/coffee. Her breakfast includes bowl of muesli with nuts or two Parathas and yoghurt. Her lunch and dinner consists of Chapatis with lots of green vegetables and Dal. She loves Chees and eats at least one slice because of its protein content and fatty acids.
